SarcoidosisUK has created a Support Services Poster with the aim of spreading awareness of the support available for those with sarcoidosis. SarcoidosisUK know that sarcoidosis can be confusing and isolating, particularly for newly diagnosed patients. Our goal is to ensure that everyone affected by sarcoidosis is aware of the free support available for them and that they’re not alone.
This is an A4 poster that can be ordered to take to your local GP Surgery or Hospital to be put on their noticeboard. We’re asking for your help to drop these posters off at your local medical centres to help spread the word about the sarcoidosis specific support available.
